I want to be able to see how long individuals spent on a course to ensure they aren't just fast-forwarding or skipping to the end. This is important for verifying that the training was actually completed properly.

Instead of defining team member / team manager relationship via team ownership, admins can define a new user field ‘Reports To’ With this field, admins can select a user’s manager irrespective of which team they are from This will simplify reporting structure and make things easier for admins
